AmazonReady is operated by UAB Agropliuso transportas. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team through the in-app help channel and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

After the 30 days

After the 30-day window, subscription fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is needed.
