AmazonReady is operated by UAB Agropliuso transportas, a company registered in Lithuania, company code 305136950, registered address J. Bobrovskio g. 13-108, Vilnius, Lithuania. UAB Agropliuso transportas is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

3. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, subscription management, taxes, invoicing, and refunds. They process billing-related personal data as an independent controller.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for storing data and running the service.
- Shopify and Amazon — only to the extent needed to read your catalog and write listings on your behalf, using credentials you provide.
- Analytics and error monitoring providers — to keep the service stable.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
- Authorities — where required by law.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
5. How long we keep data
We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active, plus a short retention period after deletion to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Telemetry is kept for a limited operational window. Billing records held by Paddle follow Paddle's own retention rules.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service accounts.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights through the in-app support channel. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
